Gillette 3 piece tech double-edge safety razor.  Head screws on and off smoothly.  Finish in good condition, with some light scratches.  Has been thoroughly cleaned and polished, and sanitized with alcohol.

The heavy tech fat-handled style nickel-plated razors were manufactured from 1939 to 1973.
